you’re an EMT? My dad was for few years, got a few free rides in an ambulance from it haha. Tough hours though and tough work.

Meh I work for a private ambulance so not that hard except for the bariatric patients, and I only work 3 days a week haha

Ah. My dad was for a national ambulance service so he’d work like 80 hours a week. He hated that a lot. He did get to work some AHL games so I guess there were some benefits.

Yeah with my old company I worked the Chicago half marathon, a couple cubs games and a fire game but with my new company it’s just a lot of dialysis runs and a steady 40 hours a week With plenty of overtime availible

That’s how it was at the first place he was at along with some stuff that doesn’t need to be typed. Then they over-worked him for the pay and he moved on to an other place but just got sick of the long hours and went back to a company he had worked for prior.
